Purchases made from any of our concessions and franchises (Selfridges, Harrods, House of Fraser and John Lewis), must be returned to the host store.
Please ensure that the returned goods are in perfect condition as we cannot accept products back used or scratched, blemished or personalised.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
CHRISTMAS REFUND POLICY
We are pleased to extend our exchange and refund policy this Christmas. Any full price item purchased from the 5th November 2021 can be brought back for an exchange or full refund as long as it is returned by 15th January 2022. The item must be in a saleable condition, with proof of purchase and the original payment method.
Purchases of SALE products (even during the period we operate a Christmas Refund Policy) are non-refundable and instead can be exchanged within 14 days, when accompanied by a proof of purchase and as long as they are in a saleable condition.
Personalised and bespoke items, as well as earrings, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to alter our policy at any time. The information written on the receipt supersedes any information that can be found online or by the till point.
