2.2 DELIVERY LOSS OR DAMAGE. Risk of loss for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items by the carrier. Please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of the order dispatch confirmation date, if the order has not been delivered. If the order has been received but has been damaged in transit, please contact the Customer Service team within 48 hours of the delivery.
